Qualifications

• Essential: 2+ years in B2B lead generation.
• Essential: LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting experience.
• Essential: outbound email campaigns and cold calling experience.
• Essential: appointment-setting with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a structured sales environment.
• Must provide verified employment references and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Outbound cold calls to UK business decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities via LinkedIn and social selling.
• Execute outbound email campaigns and manage follow-ups.
• Identify and qualify potential customers per criteria.
• Engage with C-level execs and key decision-makers.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and reports.
• Meet or exceed activity targets daily, weekly, monthly.
• Collaborate with management to optimise campaigns.
