Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking a B2B Digital Support Specialist to manage platform updates, enhancements and content across global and local markets. The role emphasizes maintaining functionality, resolving issues, and enabling smooth onboarding of travel agents with white-label solutions.

You will liaise with Global Corporate IT teams and cross-functional partners to drive channel performance, analyze data, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with a marketing diploma is required.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Tech knowledge: DTS, Touchbase Pro and Sitecore.
• Experience with B2B travel platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute the B2B e-commerce strategy and grow our online channel for travel professionals.
• Improve internet sales through White label sites and timely content updates.
• Register and assist travel agents on DTS from start to finish.
• Identify site enhancements to simplify agent bookings and workflows.
• Liaise with global IT teams, sales and reservations to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Provide analytics and present results to the team and senior management.

An exciting opportunity for a B2B Digital Support Specialist to manage platform updates, enhancements and content across global & local markets. The role focuses on maintaining platform functionality, resolving technical issues, supporting travel agency onboarding & facilitating the integration of company white-label solutions across travel partner websites, working closely with Global Corporate IT teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

About:

• Execute the B2B e-commerce strategy and deliver ambitious growth of our B2B online channel for Travel professionals.
• Constantly improving internet sales performance through company White label sites.
• Implement promotions and content updates
• Registration & assistance of travel agents on DTS from beginning to end.
• Identify and support site enhancements that will make it easier for agents to make bookings
• Liaise with global IT teams, internal sales & reservations agents
• Manage, analyse & drive channel performance based on data and relevant customer segmentation
• Provide analytics & present results to the Team and Senior Management;

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum Grade 12 qualification with a marketing diploma
• Excellent command of English & communications skills
• Technical Skills: Discovery Travel Systems (DTS), Touchbase Pro & Sitecore Knowledge

Salary package: R21 000 basic + medical contribution
