Job summary

NTT DATA in South Africa is hiring a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) to provide technical support and runbook-driven operational services across Azure, Windows, Linux, networks, and security. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS.
• AZ-104 or equivalent Azure administration certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive monitoring and incident resolution across Azure and on-prem environments.
• Support Azure services and manage Azure DevOps practices and pipelines.
• Contribute to automation and IaC deployments using ARM, Bicep, and Terraform.
• Maintain documentation and participate in post-incident reviews.
• Assist with project delivery and customer onboarding activities.
