Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) to provide proactive technical support across cloud, virtualization, OS, networking, monitoring, and security. You will work on Azure, DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code to keep client environments stable and compliant with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• AZ-104 certification or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain client infrastructure across multiple technology domains.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within service levels as per SLA.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 where required.
• Document incidents, requests and changes in ITSM systems.
• Contribute to RCAs and post-incident reviews.
• Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
