NTT DATA is seeking a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) to deliver operational excellence across multiple technology domains in managed services environments. Senior technical specialist with strong infra/cloud expertise.
Experience across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Proactive service optimisation and incident resolution.
Ability to lead root cause analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimise Azure, AWS and/or GCP environments.
Administer and troubleshoot: VNETs, VPCs, VPNs, firewalls and security appliances.
Act as L3 escalation point for incidents and complex issues.
Develop automation and standardisation opportunities.
Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
