Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) to provide technical support across Azure, virtualization, OS, networking, and security. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, while contributing to automation and DevOps initiatives to improve service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in MS, Cloud, or Operations, plus AZ-104 and ITIL certifications. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with a focus on incident resolution and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain client infrastructure across multiple technology domains.
• Perform daily operational checks and respond to alerts from monitoring platforms.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex incidents to L3 engineers where required.
• Ensure all incidents, service requests, and changes are documented in service management systems.
• Participate in root cause investigations and post-incident reviews.
• Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders regarding incident progress.
