NTT DATA in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Azure, virtualization, OS, networking and security. You will contribute to automation, IaC and DevOps initiatives while maintaining SLA-driven service excellence.
You will join a hybrid team supporting enterprise environments, focusing on Azure, Azure DevOps, infrastructure automation and continuous improvement.
Competenze
- Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
- AZ-104 or equivalent Azure administration experience.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational experience.
Mansioni
- Monitor and maintain client infrastructure across multiple tech domains.
- Investigate and resolve incidents within SLA; escalate when needed.
- Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Support Azure & cloud operations, patching, monitoring and governance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational tasks.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Document incidents, changes and technical procedures; participate in RCA.
