Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
- 5+ years in automotive performance engineering.
- Experience with powertrain and chassis dynamics.
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, GT-SUITE, Adams.
- Strong analytical and teamwork abilities.
- Hybrid on-site/remote work capability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance strategies for powertrains and chassis.
- Perform performance testing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing and electronics engineers.
- Develop and maintain test plans and validation procedures.
- Troubleshoot performance issues across development stages.
- Utilise data acquisition systems to monitor dynamics.
- Document findings and project progress clearly.
- Contribute to continuous engineering process improvements.
