Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive performance engineering or a closely related discipline.


• Proven experience with vehicle dynamics, powertrain development, and engine calibration.


• Proficiency in simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, or similar.


• Experience with data acquisition systems (e.g., MoTeC, Vector) and analysis tools.


• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and control systems.
