Qualifications

• Proven experience in parts administration or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• A valid driver's license may be required for specific tasks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee parts inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and storage organization
• Process parts orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding parts availability and pricing
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure data integrity in the management system
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support parts needs and address any supply chain issues
• Assist in the coordination of parts deliveries and logistics to ensure timely supply to customers
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and sales trends for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the parts department
