Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years in automotive parts, Ford experience, and strong communication skills to manage vendor relations and drive profitability. ASE or related Ford software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a parts department, with a focus on Ford vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to technicians and customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize profitability.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote parts sales.
• Train and mentor parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service.
