Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations and invoices.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or issues.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and sales to align logistics activities.
• Optimize routes and transportation methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain records of all logistics transactions and update inventory management system.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and customs requirements.
