Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Digital Solution and Automation Lead to drive the implementation of digital and automation solutions aligned with the company’s strategy. You will manage digital assets, support, maintain, and continuously innovate to meet business objectives.

The role requires extensive experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies, plus strong stakeholder collaboration and security-aware solution design.

Qualifications

• Require IT degree or diploma with Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience in SharePoint support and administration is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD and Power Platform.
• Experience with workflow and automation development is mandatory.
• Security considerations in solution architecture should be demonstrated.
• CI/CD experience is highly beneficial for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of digital and automation solutions.
• Manage and maintain digital assets, ensuring continuous innovation.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Oversee integration efforts (e.g., SAP) where applicable and ensure security best practices.
