Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software applications development across all aspects.
- Senior experience as a Software Applications Development Manager.
- Hands-on experience with diverse software applications and Microsoft 365.
- Proven ability to lead software development teams and allocate resources.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation with decision makers.
- Experience delivering consultancy projects using Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts into business terms.
- Experience with third-party services and multi-supplier environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of software development projects with clients.
- Structure document library and manage access.
- Improve and update SharePoint Portals; set up automations and workflows.
- Co-develop functional specifications and UI look-and-feel advice.
- Collaborate on modules and reports for the system.
- Provide training and support to users; create manuals.
- Share SharePoint knowledge with the IT Development team.
