Job summary

Recruit-It seeks a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and maintain low‑code enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will work with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR, and store systems to drive automation and digital transformation.

You will implement integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure, while ensuring governance, documentation, and end‑user training. 2+ years’ hands‑on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent.
• Microsoft PL-400 or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) for internal use; include store ops, workflows, checklists, approvals.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes (approvals, notifications, integrations).
• Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services and third‑party platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure high availability of automation solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation for customizations, integrations, and solution components.
• Deliver end‑user support and training for solutions and tools.
• Oversee licensing, access provisioning, and entitlements for apps and tools.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to design fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Establish and enforce governance standards: naming, environments, DLP, permissions, ALM.
