Boardroom Appointments is seeking a seasoned Manatal SharePoint Developer to architect and deliver enterprise-scale SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. The role blends design with hands-on implementation in a hybrid environment, leading a team of developers and engaging stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development, with deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Microsoft 365, plus Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Azure, and DevOps environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power Platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, planning, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Optimize and enhance the existing SharePoint environment.
• Engage directly with business users to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
