Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with warranty and policy procedures.
• Provides technical support and manages performance using DOC and reports.
• Maintains quality service, conducts spot checks, and road tests vehicles.
• Handles customer follow-up and resolves complaints within 24 hours.
