Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Grade 12.
• 5+ years in automotive sales; at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and dealership operations.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, inventory management and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
