Top Vitae Recruitment is seeking an Auto Glass Claims & Billing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage insurance claims and billing processes while also providing professional front reception support and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include processing auto glass insurance claims, liaising with insurers, brokers and customers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in claims, billing, administration or a similar role.
• Experience in automotive or insurance industry would be advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process auto glass insurance claims from start to finish.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers and customers regarding claims.
• Capture and maintain accurate claim data.
• Verify policy and claim details as required.
• Prepare and submit invoices with supporting documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and payments.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain filing systems and records.
• Resolve billing and claims queries professionally.
• Ensure documents are submitted on time.
• Welcome clients warmly and professionally when they arrive.
• Assist customers with enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Answer and manage incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
• Capture customer information accurately.
• Keep customers informed regarding the progress of their vehicle and claim.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer’s visit.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a neat, organised and welcoming reception area.
