The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ hands-on experience, knowledge of windscreens and glass across various makes and models, and the ability to work accurately with specialist tools. A valid driver’s licence and a professional, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Auto Glass Technician.
• Experience in installation and replacement of windscreens and glass.
• Good knowledge of different vehicle makes and models.
• Ability to work accurately and safely with specialised tools and equipment.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install windscreens and other vehicle glass safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all installations meet required safety and quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles and glass for damage before and after work.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team while being able to complete tasks independently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
