Job summary

Select Motor Recruitment is seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Sales Support professional in Gauteng to respond to enquiries from dealer websites, AutoTrader and other channels. You will qualify buyers, manage CRM records, schedule showroom visits, and nurture leads to support vehicle sales.

The role requires strong telephonic skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in motor dealership CRM, lead generation, telesales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong telephonic communication and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to customer enquiries via dealership channels and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Qualify prospective buyers by understanding vehicle requirements, timelines, budget, and financing needs.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective customers and implement follow-up campaigns.
• Hand over qualified prospects to Sales Executives and support lead conversion efforts.
• Monitor online platforms and respond to inquiries to support marketing campaigns.
• Track lead generation activities and prepare performance reports for management.
