Job summary

ATNS SOC Limited in Southern Africa invites applications for Manager - ATM Planning and Technology Adoption (Peromnes Grade 6) based at Bruma. The role oversees planning, adoption of new technology, governance and stakeholder engagement to optimise airspace capacity in line with safety strategies.

Requirements include minimum 5 years in air traffic management with at least 3 years in a managerial role; air traffic control qualification; PBN2 advanced course; tertiary management qualification;

Qualifications

• Air traffic control qualification (aerodrome control, or approach control, or area control).
• PBN2 Advanced Course or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in air traffic management with at least 3 years in a managerial level.
• Project management experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and review policies, processes, SLAs for ATM Planning and Technology Adoption.
• Provide technical leadership in ICAO, CANSO, SADC and other planning groups and forums.
• Lead governance, risk management and reporting for the function, including KPI delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO SARPS, CARS and CATS requirements.
