Job summary

ATNS SOC Limited is seeking a professional in Kempton Park to design and evaluate training simulations for air traffic management (ATM). You will develop scenarios, support training delivery, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Three years’ relevant experience in a training simulation environment.
• Experience in project management.
• Familiarization with Meteorology will be an advantage.
• Linux/Unix certificate will be an advantage.
• Experience in ATM training or aviation-related environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, build, test, and evaluate simulated ATM training scenarios.
• Plan and develop project plans for simulation design.
• Create practical content for Engineering Training and Systems platforms.
• Support operational training activities through simulation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and QMS.
