Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a CIT Custodian for the Worcester branch to load, balance, secure and attend to client ATMs in daily operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves ensuring accurate cash handling and reliable ATM service.

The position requires PSIRA Grade C, CIT certificate and firearm competency, plus security industry experience. Preference for applicants with custodian ATM experience and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA Grade C qualification
• CIT certificate
• Firearm competency – handgun qualification
• At least 2 years’ security experience
• Experience in custodian work is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Physically fit

Responsibilities

• Loading of all ATMs daily
• Securing and accounting for cash transactions daily
• Attend to ATM faults
• Balancing cash transactions
• Ensure client assets are secured at all times
• Ensure key procedures are followed
• Complaint in trans track scanning operations
• Client interactions and assistance
