Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a vigilant ATM custodian at our Saldanha Branch. The role involves loading, balancing, securing, and attending to Client ATMs while maintaining high security standards and accurate cash handling.

The position requires PSIRA Grade C, CIT certificate, firearm competency, and at least 2 years in security. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are advantageous. Overtime and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade C accreditation.
• Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate.
• Firearm competency required for business operations.

Responsibilities

• Load ATMs daily and balance cash accurately.
• Secure and account for all cash transactions.
• Attend to ATM faults and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure client assets are secure and procedures followed.
• Manage daily cash handling and reconciliation tasks.
• Interact with clients and provide support as needed.
