Job summary

Progressive IT Resourcing seeks a seasoned Technology Product Owner (Integration) to lead end-to-end integration architecture for a large core banking and channel modernisation programme across subsidiaries.

You will own integration patterns, drive enterprise alignment, lead strategy, and build a high-performance team while ensuring resilience, compliance, and cost optimisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS, Informatics or Engineering.
• Certifications: TOGAF, SAFe, PMI/Prince II preferred.
• 11+ years experience, including 6–7 years in management.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver enterprise-scale capabilities.

Responsibilities
