Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related consulting role.
• Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of organizational readiness for change.
• Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
• Help design and deliver communication and training materials to support change initiatives.
