Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Proven track-record in evaluating and mitigating risk.
• Detail-orientation, aptitude to learn, high motivation and independence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming application forms and submit to the technical department.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, chat, video calls and email.
• Research customer organizations and verify contact details online.
• Identify and alert managers to customer-call trends.
• Execute validation processes according to internal documentation.
• Analyze test-data to confirm validation criteria are met and identify root causes.
• Coordinate validation testing with relevant departments and team members.
• Learn product features and gather customer requirements for management.
• Create and maintain databases tracking validation activities and results.
