Job summary

Cash Crusaders in Roodepoort is seeking an energetic store leader to drive sales performance, optimise stock availability and deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

You will coach and motivate staff, enforce company policies, review Mystery Shopper feedback, manage daily admin tasks, and foster a positive, customer‑first culture that supports internal growth, succession planning and sustained profitability.
