Cash Crusaders in Durban North is seeking a store leadership professional to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will oversee merchandising, inventory controls, and staff performance while ensuring store standards and policies are followed.

• Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maximized income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, gross profit (GP), and other revenue channels.
• Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising and marketing standards.
• Attract and retain a strong and loyal customer base.
• Oversee inventory controls and ensure effective stock management.
• Monitor store performance in line with stock availability and customer demand.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
• Review and act on Mystery Shopper reports and customer feedback.
• Resolve product and service-related complaints quickly and effectively.
• Lead by example in reinforcing a customer-first culture among staff.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to reach their full potential.
• Plan for succession and promote internal growth opportunities.
• Manage employee performance consistently and fairly.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and productive working environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, systems, and procedures.
• Oversee daily administrative duties, including cash-ups, safe checks, alarm checks, and maintenance of administrative files.
