Job summary

Cash Crusaders is seeking an capable store supervisor to drive performance and maintain high standards across merchandising, promotions, and customer service.

In this role you will lead staff, optimize inventory, and ensure execution of company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandising and marketing standards are consistently applied.

• Review Mystery Shopper reports and customer feedback.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and procedures.
• Oversee daily admin duties including cash-ups, safe checks, alarm checks, and maintenance of admin files.
