Job summary

Clicks Grahamstown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced Clicks store. You will lead a team, execute promotions, manage stock and visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Understanding and application of financial management principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through promotions and cross-selling.
• Manage stock, expenses, shrinkage, and housekeeping.
• Oversee in-store visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Motivate and direct staff, and cover shifts in manager's absence.
• Maintain daily staff schedule per labour policy.
• Lead customer service initiatives to boost loyalty.
• Handle weekly time and attendance and HR records.
