Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, 1-3 years.
• Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset.
• Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI's.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services.
• Motivate and guide the team during shifts.
• Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties.
