Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Pursuing CIMA or ACCA is a plus.
• 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of management accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Pastel or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain fixed asset registers.
• Process journals and ensure accurate ledgers.
• Assist with cost accounting activities and analysis.
• Prepare audit working papers.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Support financial systems implementation and upkeep.
• Contribute to improvements of accounting processes.
