As the primary contact for key accounts, you will coordinate with the sales support team, deliver exceptional service, and report on progress to management. A customer-focused mindset and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in account management or a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of industrial supply accounts within the Tembisa region.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Understand client needs and recommend products from our extensive catalogue.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account revenue.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for revenue growth and client retention.
• Provide regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts to management.
