HospitalityandOutdoor is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager for a prestigious 5-star private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. You will support the Lodge Manager and Owners, oversee guest services, and help run day-to-day operations across departments in a luxury bush environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ management experience in a 5-star setting, is fluent in English, and demonstrates strong administration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest experience and 5-star service.
• Manage administrative duties and lodge operations.

• Coordinate human resources functions, including team performance and development.
• Create and maintain guest service SOPs.
• Monitor and enhance food and beverage service.
• Act as Lodge Manager during absence.
• Report directly to Owners, Operations Manager, and Lodge Manager.
• Deliver exceptional hosting with authority and leadership.
