Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Supervisory or assistant management experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and hospitality best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in supervising daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Support training, scheduling, and performance management of F&B staff.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, menu presentations, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and manage stock rotation to control costs and minimize waste.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all F&B areas, complying with East London regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality.
• Assist in developing promotions and events to drive revenue in the F&B department.
