Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years in reliability, maintenance or related industrial engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography, oil analysis).
• Experience with CMMS and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset reliability programs and strategies.
• Conduct failure analysis, RCA, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Utilize CMMS data and sensor data to monitor health and predict failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Recommend design and operational improvements to boost reliability and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain reliability metrics and KPIs.
