Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd seeks an experienced maintenance artisan to ensure the on-site equipment and plant remain fully functional in a busy baking environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, fault finding, training, and supporting system upgrades and audits while working with heavy machinery and safety standards.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in a relevant trade and at least 3 years in baking, with a Grade 12/equivalent and a registered artisan status.

• Relevant Trade qualification
• Registered Artisan (Dept. of Labour) (Red Seal)
• 3-5 years' experience in a relevant trade
• 3 years' experience in Baking Environment
