The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning in a hybrid work model. You will recruit and coach managers, monitor performance metrics, optimize inventory, and implement company initiatives to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in retail management.
• Minimum 3 years in a multi-store management capacity.
• Ability to drive sales growth and profitability across locations.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Pretoria region.
• Experience in the specialty retail sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, profitability and customer service targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and teams.
