Job summary

Clicks Group in Cape Town seeks an Area Manager to lead the store management teams across the region, driving sales, profit, and compliance while expanding market presence. You will analyse performance, implement opportunities, and uphold service standards.

The role requires 5+ years in area management within retail with strong financial and people-management skills; a B.Com/B.Pharm is desirable. This position is based in Cape Town and focuses on delivering cost-effective operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Desirable: B.Com Degree or Diploma/B.Pharm (retail/finance management, pharmacy or related)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an area management role within a retail store operations environment with exposure to managing a diverse team
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.)

Responsibilities

• To generate, analyse and act on relevant reports and provide feedback within specified timeframes

Education and Experience Requirements:
