Job summary

A leading retail company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Area Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver on sales and compliance targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, preferably with a B.Com or B Pharm qualification, and at least 5 years of area management experience. Qualifications

• Desirable: B.Com Degree or Diploma /B Pharm (retail/finance management, pharmacy or related).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an area management role within a retail store operations environment with exposure to managing a diverse team.
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.).
