Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Eastern Cape seeks an Area Manager to lead store management teams and deliver on sales, profit and compliance targets across the region.

You will implement area business opportunities, manage financial targets, and drive customer service initiatives to ensure a great shopping experience.

The role requires a B.Com or B Pharm and at least five years in retail area management with strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Essential: B.Com Degree or Diploma /B Pharm (retail/finance management, pharmacy or related).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an area management role within a retail store operations environment.
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios).

• To generate, analyse and act on relevant reports and provide feedback within specified timeframes

• To support and deliver the regions retention strategy so as to sustain the staffing needs of the business with specific reference to scarce and critical skills and ensure consistent business performance

Education and Experience Requirements:
