Job summary

Work Africa in Cape Town is looking for an Area Manager to oversee and manage all stores in the Western Cape, including Paarl, Belville, Wynberg, Stellenbosch, and more. You will ensure business goals, decisions and plans are executed effectively within your area.

The role requires Matric, retail operations experience, and 3-5 years in a similar area manager position with clothing retail exposure. Regular travel between stores leads teams, drives sales, and maintains stock and customer service

AREA MANAGER / CAPE TOWN –

Candidate will oversee and manage all stores in Western Cape Area - Paarl (2), Belville, Wynberg (2), Mitchell's Plein, Stellenbosch, Riversdale, Ceres, Worcester, George and Oudtshoorn. The Area manager is responsible to ensure that the business goals, decisions & plans, are effectively executed & implemented within his/her specific business unit.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum requirement of a Matric
• Retail operations qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity as an area manager
• Clothing retail experience is essential
• Extensive travel between stores – need to ensure that regular store visits are being conducted
