Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 12 clothing retail stores across the Western Cape. You will drive sales, manage store operations, coach Store Managers and ensure consistent standards across the region.

The role requires 3–5 years in a multi-store environment with clothing retail experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape. Salary is highly competitive based on experience.

• Proven experience managing sales targets, staff, budgets and stock control.
