Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects in the Eastern Cape. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to completion.

The role requires a Registered Architect with SACAP, strong PM experience, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Revit. You will lead client relationships and ensure compliance with design and building codes in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with SACAP or equivalent with PM experience.
• Minimum 7 years in architectural practice, including 3+ years in PM.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects to deliver on time, on budget and to high quality.
• Develop plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against targets.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Oversee architectural documentation and contract administration.
• Conduct site inspections; ensure compliance with codes and safety.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to all stakeholders.
