Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Architectural Project Manager to oversee major developments in Richards Bay and surrounding KwaZulu-Natal. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate clients, design teams, and contractors, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

The role demands professional SACAP registration, a decade in architectural practice with five years in project leadership, and strong command of MS Project and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect registration with SACAP or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, software (e.g., MS Project), and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for diverse architectural developments.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
