The role requires a professional degree, 5+ years of post-qualification experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and authorities, and conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Project Architect.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and documentation software.
• Strong understanding of South African building codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and present design proposals, concepts and tender docs.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
