Job summary

TLC Worldwide is recruiting an Arabic-speaking Inside Sales Representative to drive high-volume outbound activity, focusing on cold calling and partner acquisition for our UAE market. You will research and identify new venue partners, build a proactive pipeline, and engage decision-makers to pitch TLC’s offering and close partnerships.

You’ll reconnect with previously engaged venues, deliver consultative conversations, and manage activity to hit daily KPIs.

Qualifications

Experience in telesales or lead generation.
KPI-driven role with high daily call volumes.
Native Arabic speaker (mandatory) for UAE market.

Responsibilities

Drive high-volume outbound activity with a focus on cold calling and partner acquisition.
Research and identify new venue partners to build a proactive prospecting pipeline.
Engage decision-makers, pitch TLC's offering and close partnerships.
Reconnect with previously engaged venues to unlock new opportunities.
Deliver consultative sales conversations that bring our products to life.
Manage activity to meet daily KPIs, call targets and conversion goals.
Keep CRM up to date to track performance and pipeline health.
Collaborate with the team, share insights and bring energy to a target-driven sales environment.
Support partner onboarding, product queries and reporting requirements as needed.
