Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or rail industry as an industrial engineer.
• Expertise in lean principles (5S, Standard Work, Gemba, VSM) and kaizen mindset.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Data-driven approach with focus on achieving measurable results.
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage with a global network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APSYS deployment strategies and assessments at site level.
• Train and coach site teams on APSYS methodologies and tools.
• Provide on-field expertise to support APSYS deployment across departments.
• Facilitate and coordinate improvement actions to achieve APSYS targets using the APSYS toolbox.
• Consolidate and report deployment status to Operations Manager and APSYS Central team.
